Mushroom Infused "Turkish Tale" Coffee

Kahve Falı, also known as Tasseography, is a fortune-telling method that interprets patterns in tea leaves, coffee grounds, or wine sediments. It was something I had never heard of until travelling to Turkey. If you’ve ever seen people flipping and stirring their cups around upside down before analyzing the grounds, this is exactly what they are up to. Preparing the remains of the coffee/kahve they drank, in hopes of it leading to answers. I found it led to some light-hearted fun and conversations after finishing your coffee, which is why it easily became the inspiration behind our mushroom coffee.
